1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Single Account Policy

3.3 Account Credentials

6 Platform Rules & Prohibited Conduct
The 11ak platform must be used in a lawful, honest, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Any attempt to deceive 11ak, its payment partners, or other players — including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or fraudulent chargebacks — is prohibited and may result in criminal referral.

8 Intellectual Property

10 Amendments & Account Termination
10.1 Amendments to These Terms

10.2 Account Closure by Player

10.3 Account Closure by 11ak
11ak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

- Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a required timeframe.

Where an account is closed by 11ak due to a breach of these Terms, any account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 10.4 Governing Language
